Terms of Service

The KidBox app requires acceptance of these Terms. This document governs the relationship between the user and the platform, defining rights and obligations.

Acceptance of Terms

Downloading, installing and using the app constitutes automatic acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Continued use after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated versions.

Description of Service

• Family management: calendar, to-do lists, routines, notes
• Children's health tracking: visits, medications, vaccines, growth
• Chat and shared document archive
• AI assistant (paid plans)
• Location sharing and expense tracking

User Account

Access requires an email address, Apple ID, Google or Facebook account. The user is responsible for the security of their credentials and must contact support in case of unauthorized access.

Plans and Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically and are manageable via the App Store.

Permitted Use

• Comply with applicable laws
• Do not abuse the service
• Use your own content with the relevant consent
• Do not share minors' data without adequate authorization

AI Assistant

Account Deletion

The account can be deleted at any time from the app via Profile → Delete account. The operation removes all data permanently and irreversibly.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. KidBox disclaims any liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

Updates are published on this page with the relevant date. Material changes result in in-app notifications.
