How much storage do I have?
It depends on the family plan; storage shows in Settings and is shared by all members.
Can I import a document and have the AI read it?
Yes: from an invoice or a report the AI suggests the expense, event or deadline to create. It uses your plan's AI messages: unlimited on Pro or Max, on Free as long as the 5 trial messages last.
Who can see my documents?
Family members only. Files are encrypted with the family key, which the servers don't hold.
