Data Deletion
You are in full control of your data. You can delete your account and all associated content at any time — directly from the app or by contacting support.
Delete from the app
The quickest method, available directly on your device:
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data will be removed immediately.
Request via email
If you cannot access the app, send us a request. We process requests within 30 days.
Write to support
Include the email address associated with your KidBox account.

- ✕ Account data (email, name, photo, credentials)
- ✕ Family content (chat, notes, documents, photos, calendar, to-dos, expenses)
- ✕ Health data (visits, medications, vaccines, tests, paediatric profiles)
- ✕ Preferences, settings and AI memory
⚠️ Content shared with other family members remains visible to them until they delete it themselves.
Active subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Before proceeding, cancel your subscription from iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → KidBox.
